How do I calculate storage size?+
Use the calculator above — add the items you need to store and it will recommend a unit size with a 20% buffer. If you're unsure about anything, call us on 01244 550022 and we'll help.
What size unit do I need for a house move?+
As a rough guide: a 1-bed flat typically needs around 50 sq ft; a 2-bed house around 75 sq ft; a 3-bed house around 100 sq ft. Our calculator will give you a more precise estimate based on your actual items.
What size unit do I need for business stock?+
This depends entirely on your stock volumes. Small ecommerce businesses often start with 25–50 sq ft. For larger commercial requirements, we offer units up to 500 sq ft. Call us to discuss.
Can the team help me choose the right size?+

Should I choose a unit with a bit of extra space?+
It's usually a good idea to allow a little extra room for access and to add items in future. Our calculator already adds a 20% buffer — but if you're on the borderline between two sizes, we'd generally recommend the larger one.
